Who we are
Hello!
My name is Jo and I am a mum to three wonderful children. I qualified as a teacher 9 years ago and in between having my children I have worked in a variety of school settings.
My husband was an Officer in the British Army until recently and at the time worked away Monday to Friday. Whilst my mum was on hand to have our eldest, Monty, here and there, we had very little family support.
The saying 'It takes a village' is long gone and parents are supposed to work full time, maintain the house, be everything to everyone and do so with a smile on their face, and if we are honest, it is hard! This is where we come in, let us be your village. We are here for you to fall back on, whenever you need us. Day or Night.
Parenting is the most incredible, rewarding, once in a lifetime job you will ever have, but every parent knows the importance of also having time to be you. For me, having time away from the children occasionally, means that I can be a better mum. I get to be a wife and a friend without distractions.
Leaving my children with anyone always makes me anxious, but who better than someone who has a plethora of experience, is first aid trained and DBS checked. All of our staff are really wonderful, enthusiastic people who have an affinity of working with little people. You can book with us safe in the knowledge that your children will be cared for, as you would care for them.
Now all that's left to do is decide when you'd like to go! The world is your Oyster.
