Once you have sent your booking request form, we will check all the details and confirm your booking. Currently, payment are made via BACS and details will be inside our return email. Once payment had been made, your booking will then be added to our diary. Please note, until payment is made, the booking is not confirmed.

If once you have paid for your babysitting session, you need to cancel, you will lose 50% of your booking fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded to you or transferred to another date. 

If you run over the booked time then a fee of £20 will be charged per half hour over the booked time. 

We ask on booking which babysitter you would prefer, whilst every effort is made to ensure you get your preference, this may not always be possible. All of our staff are incredible and your children will be in safe hands with every one of them.
